Consultations and treatments begin at $120.00/hr. Please call to reserve your time with Suzanne Catty.
Payment Options:
MasterCard, Visa, Amex, certified cheques or money order made payable to ACQUA VITA. Payments made by certified cheque or money order will not be shipped until payment has been received. Returned cheques are subject to a service charge of $30.00.
Please Note: Mastercard and Amex charges will reflect in Canadian dollars and will be exchanged at the bank rate of the day.
Taxes:
Ontario residents add 8% PST — Canadian residents add 6% GST.

ACQUA VITA ships NAFTA documents with orders over $200.00 within North America and Mexico. However, every country has its own tariffs on imported goods. Any tariffs or duties charged on shipments in their home country are the responsibility of the customer.
